A Beautiful Blue Berry Field and Farm At Sunset In The Valley Near A Stream

One of Sequatchie Valley’s most anticipated summer farm events is returning this June as Stone Creek Farm prepares to host “Bluegrass in the Blueberries 2026,” an evening combining live music, fresh food, berry picking, and sunset views in the heart of Dunlap’s countryside.

The event will take place Friday, June 6, 2026, from 5 PM to 8 PM at Stone Creek Farm, located at 142 Wilmoth Road in Dunlap.

Guests will enjoy live bluegrass music from Mountain Cove Bluegrass, a Chattanooga-area group known for performing throughout the region, including appearances connected to the International Bluegrass Music Association festival hosted in Chattanooga last year.

Set among the blueberry fields at Stone Creek Farm, the evening is designed to blend local agriculture, live entertainment, and community gathering into a uniquely Sequatchie Valley experience.

In addition to the music, attendees will be able to pick blueberries and flowers directly from the farm fields while enjoying food from two popular local food vendors — Fix’nz 4 The Soul and Blue Sky BBQ.

Stone Creek Farm will also be serving its well-known Blueberry Lemonade during the event.

Organizers encourage guests to bring picnic blankets or lawn chairs to relax in the fields while enjoying dinner, music, and sunset views across the farm property.

The event is open rain or shine, with gates opening at 5:00 PM and music beginning at 5:30 PM.

Tickets are $20 per person, while children 12 and under are admitted free. Food and farm products will be sold separately.

According to organizers, last year’s event sold out, and attendees are encouraged to purchase tickets early.

Events like Bluegrass in the Blueberries continue to highlight the growing interest in agritourism throughout Sequatchie County, where farms are increasingly becoming destinations for entertainment, food, and family experiences in addition to agriculture.

For many residents and visitors, the event represents the kind of small-town summer evening that has become increasingly rare — live music in an open field, local food trucks, fresh-picked berries, and neighbors gathering together under the Tennessee sunset.
