Local customers and area farmers are being asked to take note of updated storefront hours at P3 Custom Meats beginning Monday, May 18, as the family-owned business adjusts its weekly retail schedule while continuing full processing operations.

According to an announcement from the company, the storefront will now be closed on Mondays. However, slaughter and meat processing operations will continue as normal on those days.

Under the updated schedule, the storefront hours will be:

• Tuesday through Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Monday: Storefront Closed
