🎨 The Dance After Dark: A Sculptural Tribute to the Tennessee River at Riverdance in Guild
Riverdance in Guild has unveiled a striking centerpiece that captures the spirit of the Tennessee River after sunset. The Dance, a moving sculptural installation, reflects the restaurant’s commitment to creating a dining experience that honors the landscape and waterway at its heart.
🌊 A River’s Story in Stone and Light
The Dance was created by celebrated artist Bland Hoke in collaboration with lighting designer Dan Sanford. The sculpture serves as a tribute to the Tennessee River as it winds through the landscape known as the Grand Canyon of Tennessee-the 43-mile stretch between Chickamauga Dam and Nickajack Dam. The artwork highlights 30 points of interest along the river’s journey, each representing a moment in its enduring story. 🎭
✨ Design Meets the River’s Rhythm
Every curve and corner of Riverdance was intentionally designed to reflect the movement and character of the river it overlooks. The Dance embodies that vision, moving with the rhythm of the water below. After dark, the sculpture becomes a focal point-a spectacular centerpiece that transforms the dining experience into something that connects guests directly to the natural and cultural heritage of the region. 🌙
