🎨 Spooktacular Fall Break Craft Workshop Comes to Crossville on October 13
The Cumberland County Extension Office is bringing a hands-on creative activity to young artists this fall break, offering middle and high school students a chance to make festive décor while celebrating the season. It’s the kind of community-centered programming that keeps families engaged during school breaks on the Cumberland Plateau.
🖤 What to Expect
Participants will create two spackled ghost canvases during the one-hour workshop, designed to add spooky charm to fall home décor. The activity is open to students in grades 4 through 12, making it accessible to a wide range of ages and creative skill levels. 👻
📅 When and Where
The workshop takes place on October 13 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Cumberland County Extension Office, located at 1398 Livingston Road in Crossville. The $10 fee is payable at the door, keeping participation affordable for families.
⚠️ How to Register
Spots are limited, so organizers encourage families to RSVP early to secure a place. Registration is available through an online form. For questions about the workshop, contact Sophie Hassler at sopghelt@utk.edu or by phone at 931-484-6743. ✨
