💡 Why It Matters

Community shopping events like this one strengthen the local economy by directing holiday spending toward businesses rooted in the valley. They also create informal gathering spaces-coffee stops, lunch breaks, browsing time-where neighbors reconnect during the busy season. For small-town retailers, a coordinated shop hop extends foot traffic across multiple storefronts and builds momentum heading into the holiday push. 🎁

Studio Dunlap, the creative production studio in historic downtown, is helping coordinate the event as part of broader efforts to activate and promote the Dunlap commercial district.
