🏐 Safety Guidelines for Post-Season Volleyball at Eagleville High School

As Eagleville High School prepares to host post-season volleyball matches, school officials are reminding fans and visitors of district-wide safety policies designed to ensure a secure and welcoming experience for all attendees. The guidelines reflect a commitment to maintaining safe athletic venues across the region.

📋 What Fans Need to Know Before Attending

All spectators attending post-season volleyball contests at Eagleville High School must pass through weapons detection screening before purchasing tickets. 🔍 If a visitor does not pass the initial screening, they are permitted to return to their vehicles and attempt to pass through the scanner again. The weapons detectors will remain active throughout the duration of the game, so screening and ticket purchase must occur before entry is granted.

🎒 Clear Bag Policy Details

Eagleville High School is implementing a clear bag policy for all spectators. Diaper bags and other non-clear bags are not permitted. ✅ Approved bags include:

• Clear bags made of plastic, PVC, or vinyl
• One-gallon plastic storage bags (ziplock or similar)
• Small clutch purses no larger than 41⁄2 inches by 61⁄2 inches

This policy applies to high school varsity basketball and football games, middle school basketball games (varsity and JV), and middle school football games, in addition to post-season volleyball events.

🚫 Additional Venue Policies

Spectators should be aware of a no re-entry policy: once a fan leaves the venue, they may not be allowed to return. 🐾 Additionally, Eagleville High School is a pet-free facility, so visitors are asked not to bring pets to the game.

School officials encourage fans to share these guidelines with staff and other attendees to avoid confusion at the ticket gate and ensure a smooth entry process for everyone attending the event.
