Local Meal Service Elevated Eats Helps Busy Families Reclaim Summer

As summer arrives and schedules become increasingly hectic, a new local meal service is stepping in to help Soddy Daisy families spend less time planning meals and more time making memories.

Elevated Eats, a fresh meal preparation service, is offering high-protein meal options designed for busy families juggling summer activities, work commitments, and household responsibilities. The service provides an alternative to last-minute takeout decisions and time-consuming meal preparation.

“Whether you need quick lunches for the kids at home, high-protein meals for busy evenings, or just one less thing to think about this week — we’ve got you covered,” the business states.

Service Details and Menu Options

Elevated Eats operates on a pre-order basis, with flexible pickup times to accommodate different schedules. Customers can pick up orders on Sundays between 4 and 7 PM or on weekdays from 5 AM to 6 PM.

The service features a rotating weekly menu with nine fresh meal options: three breakfast selections, three lunch and dinner choices, and two desserts. All meals are made fresh and never frozen.

Customers can choose between regular portions with approximately 30 grams of protein or XL portions with approximately 40 grams of protein, allowing for personalized nutrition goals.

To place an order, customers can text 423-619-1558 or send a direct message through social media. Orders open each Tuesday at 6 PM for the following week’s menu.
