🍭 Event Details & What to Expect

Light Up the Night runs from 5 to 7 p.m. on October 31 at Daisy Church of God Ministry, located at 9555 Dayton Pike in Soddy-Daisy. The tagline-“All Candy, No Fright”-signals a focus on fun without the scary elements, making it an ideal outing for younger children and families who prefer a gentler Halloween experience. ✨

💡 Why This Matters for Local Families

As Halloween approaches, parents across the Sequatchie Valley and nearby communities often search for safe, supervised events where children can enjoy seasonal traditions in a welcoming environment. Church-hosted fall festivals and candy events have become a cornerstone of regional family life, offering an alternative to traditional trick-or-treating while strengthening community bonds. 🤝

The two-hour window and emphasis on candy distribution make this event accessible for families with younger children or those with early bedtimes, removing barriers that sometimes keep families from participating in seasonal celebrations. 🎉
