🎓 College Admissions Reps Visit High School in October – Three Workshops Scheduled

Students planning their college future have a rare opportunity this month as representatives from regional and state institutions visit campus to discuss admissions, programs, and financial aid. The workshops bring the college search directly to students, eliminating the need for off-campus visits during the school day.

📅 Workshop Schedule

Three college representatives will hold sessions in the Student Lounge throughout October 2026:

• Thursday, October 15 – TCAT Upper Cumberland, 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
• Friday, October 23 – Maryville College, 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
• Wednesday, October 28 – Vanderbilt University, 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

💡 What Students Can Expect

College admissions representatives will be on site at each workshop to answer questions about application requirements, academic programs, campus life, and financial aid options. Students interested in any of these institutions are encouraged to attend the session that matches their interests. ✨ The informal setting allows for one-on-one conversations and gives students a chance to make a strong first impression with admissions staff.

🎯 Why This Matters

Direct access to college representatives during the school day removes barriers for students who may not have transportation to college fairs or campus visits. These workshops help juniors and seniors narrow their choices, understand application timelines, and explore both four-year universities and technical training pathways-all without leaving campus. 🚀
