Chattalatin Community Meet & Greet Coming to Coolidge Park on June 19th
The Chattalatin community is inviting everyone to a relaxed summer gathering this Friday, June 19th at 6:00 PM at Coolidge Park. Whether you’re a longtime member, new to the area, or simply looking to connect with neighbors, this casual meet and greet welcomes all.
The event will feature a potluck-style picnic where attendees are encouraged to bring food, snacks, or beverages to share. Guests should feel free to bring their own chairs or blankets to settle in for the evening. Live music will set the mood for the gathering, and while dancing is welcome, it’s entirely optional—this is primarily a chance to relax and enjoy good company by the river.
What to Bring: Food or drinks to share, a chair or blanket, and your favorite people. BYOB is welcome for those who wish to bring alcoholic beverages.
Location Details: The exact spot within Coolidge Park will be shared with members of the Chattalatin WhatsApp group. If you’re not yet part of the group, you can request to be added by sending a direct message to the organizers or commenting “WhatsApp” on the event post.
Organizers emphasize that this gathering is about slowing down and strengthening the bonds that make the Chattalatin community special. New faces are especially encouraged to attend and become part of this growing group.
For more information or to join the WhatsApp group, reach out to the Chattalatin organizers through their Facebook page.
