Returning vendors should mark their calendars for three critical deadlines. Renewal requests open on March 1, with no early calls accepted. The deadline to request a booth is March 19 at 4:30 PM. Payment and signed contracts must be submitted by April 1. Public registration for new vendors opens in mid-April, with the exact date to be announced.
