One of the Sequatchie Valley region’s biggest community events is preparing to return later this month as the 9th Annual CASA of the Sequatchie Valley Rodeo brings two nights of rodeo action, live entertainment, food vendors, and fundraising to Jasper.

The event will take place May 29 and May 30, 2026, at 495 Warrior Drive in Jasper, Tennessee, with gates opening at 4:30 PM, live music beginning at 5:30 PM, and rodeo events starting at 7:30 PM each evening.

Hosted by CASA of the Sequatchie Valley, the annual rodeo fundraiser helps support advocacy services for abused and neglected children across Sequatchie, Marion, Grundy, and Bledsoe counties.

Organizers describe the event as more than just a rodeo — calling it “a celebration with purpose.”

Attendees can expect a full lineup of traditional rodeo competitions including:

  • Bull riding
  • Barrel racing
  • Team roping
  • Bronc riding
  • Regional cowboy and cowgirl competitions

In addition to the arena action, the event will also feature live music, craft vendors, novelty booths, food trucks, and family-friendly activities throughout the evening.

Among this year’s featured vendors will be Holloway’s, a local favorite known throughout the region for its barbecue and signature slogan: “Ain’t no meat like Holloway’s meat.”

Holloway’s announced it will be serving its popular Casa Rodeo burgers and fries during the event while joining the vendor lineup for the first time.

Community events like the CASA Rodeo continue to play an important role throughout the Sequatchie Valley by combining entertainment with direct local impact. Funds raised during the rodeo help CASA volunteers advocate for children navigating difficult court and family situations throughout the region.

The event will be held rain or shine.

With rodeo fans, families, food lovers, and community supporters all expected to attend, organizers are encouraging residents from across the region to come early and make an evening out of the event.
