🏎️ MakerFest Motor Show in Putnam County — $15 Registration, Saturday, July 18th

As summer events heat up across the Sequatchie Valley region, this year’s MakerFest Motor Show is bringing car enthusiasts and community members together for a celebration that supports two key Upper Cumberland nonprofits dedicated to hands-on learning and creative entrepreneurship.

The MakerFest Motor Show will take place on Saturday, July 18th at the Putnam County Fairgrounds. 🚗 All vehicle types are welcome—whether you’re driving a classic car, custom build, motorcycle, truck, modern ride, project vehicle, or something truly unique, organizers want to see it on display. The event will feature prizes donated by local businesses across multiple categories, giving participants plenty of reasons to show off their rides and connect with fellow automotive enthusiasts.

Registration is just $15 per vehicle, 💰 and every dollar raised supports the missions of UC Makerspace and Imagine Foundry. Both organizations are committed to expanding hands-on learning, creativity, entrepreneurship, and community opportunities throughout the Upper Cumberland region. Whether you’re a seasoned car show veteran or simply curious about the local maker community, this event combines automotive passion with meaningful community impact.
