🍽️ Free Food and Clothing Giveaway in Sparta – Wednesday, October 7th

Bon Air Mountain Community Church continues its regular community food distribution this week, opening its doors and pavilion to neighbors across the Sequatchie Valley region who need a helping hand. The church’s “Little Church – Big Heart” mission reflects a steady commitment to meeting practical needs in Sparta and surrounding areas.

🗓️ When It Happens

Wednesday, October 7th, from 10:00 AM to Noon. This is part of the church’s ongoing food giveaway schedule, so if you’ve attended before, you know what to expect – and if you haven’t, this is a good time to stop by.

📍 Where to Go

Bon Air Mountain Community Church is located at 6389 Crossville Highway, Sparta, Tennessee. Organizers ask that you use the back door entrance and note that the clothing pavilion will be open during the distribution.

✨ What to Bring and Expect

If you have a bag or container, bring it along to carry items home. The church will distribute food while supplies last, and the clothing pavilion will be available for those who need it. Everyone is welcome – no registration, no questions asked.

❤️ Why This Matters

Food insecurity affects families across rural Tennessee, and regular community distributions like this one help bridge gaps between paychecks, seasonal work, and unexpected hardship. For families managing tight budgets, a Wednesday morning at the church can mean real relief. The addition of a clothing pavilion recognizes that basic needs go beyond food – and that dignity matters.

🤝 Community Connection

Bon Air Mountain Community Church has built trust in Sparta by showing up consistently. These regular giveaways are not one-time events or emergency responses – they are part of the church’s identity and mission. Neighbors know they can count on this resource, and that reliability strengthens the fabric of the community. If you know someone who could benefit, word-of-mouth is often how people learn about these opportunities.
