✈️ EAA Chapter 1700 Breakfast Fundraiser Rescheduled to October 31 in McMinnville

Aviation enthusiasts and community supporters in Warren County have a new date to mark on their calendars. The Warren County EAA Chapter 1700’s popular monthly breakfast fundraiser, originally planned for mid-October, has been postponed due to ongoing airport construction work.

📅 New Date and Details

The “World Famous Fly/Drive/Bike/Crawl/or Hop-in breakfast” will now take place on Saturday, October 31, from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the big blue hangar at Warren County Memorial Airport on W Airport Road in McMinnville. 🛩️ The event was originally scheduled for October 17, the chapter’s traditional third Saturday of the month.

🏗️ Why the Change?

According to the chapter’s announcement, airport construction expected to wrap up by mid-October may not be fully complete in time to allow aircraft to land safely on the main runway. The postponement ensures the event can proceed as intended, with full access to the airport facilities for the community gathering.

💙 About the Fundraiser

EAA Chapter 1700 is a 501(c)(3) educational charity dedicated to aviation education and community engagement. The monthly breakfast serves as both a social gathering for aviation enthusiasts and a fundraising effort to support the chapter’s mission.
