A local business owner has publicly called out Dr Pepper over what they describe as a pattern of delivery failures, citing a recent incident where an order for 29 cases of glass bottle beverages resulted in the delivery of only 3 cases of mixed drinks.

The complaint, posted to a community forum, highlights frustration with repeated supply chain issues. According to the store owner at Rolling Oak Distillery, the discrepancy between what was ordered and what was delivered represents a significant operational problem that has persisted over several months, with documentation available to support the claim.

“This is plum pitiful,” the business owner at Rolling Oak Distillery stated, emphasizing that competitors like Pepsi and Coca-Cola do not appear to be experiencing similar shortages at their retail locations.

The situation has escalated beyond the local level, with Rolling Oak Distillery indicating that multiple complaints have been filed with Dr Pepper’s corporate office. Local company representatives have reportedly fielded numerous customer inquiries regarding the delivery issues.

Rolling Oak Distillery has called for direct communication from Dr Pepper management and has invited other store owners to share their experiences with similar delivery problems. The post has generated community interest, with other retailers being asked to comment on whether they have encountered comparable supply issues.

As of press time, there has been no public response from Dr Pepper regarding the allegations.
