Community members are invited to attend an important planning meeting this Thursday, May 21st, at 6 p.m. central time at the Pickett Pavilion located at Coops Creek Commons. The gathering will focus on organizing and discussing details for the upcoming “Spotlight on the Candidates” event scheduled for June 13th.

During the meeting, organizers will provide updates on preparations for the June 13th candidates event, which will run from 12 to 3 p.m. at the same venue. Those attending Thursday’s planning session are encouraged to make it a priority, as organizers emphasize there is significant work ahead.

Attendees are welcome and encouraged to bring a snack to share with fellow community members. Water will be provided by SVC. Organizers are also requesting a $5 donation to support the park, though there is no charge for use of the facility itself.
