🎄 Live Wreath-Making Workshops Return to Whistlestop Manor This November
Holiday traditions are coming back to Sweetwater, Monroe County, as Whistlestop Manor announces the return of its popular live wreath-making workshops. The historic 1859 manor, set on 5 acres, is preparing for what organizers say was a completely sold-out event last year-and they’re ready to welcome guests again this season.
π What to Expect at the Workshops
The workshops are scheduled for Saturday, November 21, 2026, with two separate two-hour sessions: one from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and another from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Each ticket ($100 per guest) includes all materials and decorations for a personalized, hand-crafted wreath or door hanging, an hour of gourmet appetizers, festive holiday beverages, small gourmet plates prepared by the manor’s in-house chef, photo opportunities with props and costumes, and access to door prizes, contests, and games throughout the event. β¨
Guests will also enjoy a bonfire and the chance to gather with friends and family in a festive setting. For those bringing a child helper, the cost is $140 per adult-child pair. Private wreath parties can be booked anytime with a minimum of ten guests. π₯
π¨ Extended Stay Options
For those looking to make a full weekend of it, Whistlestop Manor offers the option to add an overnight stay in one of its luxury suites for $220, which includes a homemade breakfast. This allows guests to experience the historic property’s hospitality while enjoying the holiday celebration. ποΈ
π How to Book
Interested guests can call (423) 271-6380 or message the manor directly to reserve their spot. Given that last year’s event sold out at every seating, organizers recommend booking early to secure a place at the workshop of your choice. π
