🎃 Trunk or Treat Comes to Crossville – Safe Halloween Fun with a Community Twist

As Halloween approaches, Crossville families are looking for safe, welcoming ways to celebrate with neighbors. A local restaurant is stepping up to host a community-centered Trunk or Treat event that invites residents to decorate their vehicles, hand out candy, and build connections while kids enjoy the holiday tradition.

📍 What’s Happening and When

Hwy 55 Burgers Shakes & Fries, located at 2193 N Main Street in Crossville, is hosting a Trunk or Treat event on Saturday, October 24th from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. 🚗 The event invites families and community members to bring decorated vehicles, set up in the parking area, and hand out candy to local children in a safe, organized environment.

⭐ What Makes This Event Special

The restaurant is offering a meaningful incentive for participants: anyone who sets up and decorates their vehicle receives 15% off any meal as a thank-you for helping make the event successful. 🍔 This approach transforms participants from spectators into community partners, recognizing that hosting a Trunk or Treat requires effort and coordination.

The event welcomes all families and friends. Whether you’re bringing kids to trick-or-treat, decorating a vehicle to hand out candy, or simply stopping by to enjoy the community gathering, organizers emphasize that “all are welcome.” 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

💡 Why This Matters for Crossville Families

Trunk or Treat events have become a popular alternative to traditional door-to-door trick-or-treating, offering families a contained, well-lit, and supervised setting where children can safely collect candy and enjoy Halloween costumes. ✨ By hosting the event at a local restaurant, Hwy 55 is creating a gathering place that strengthens neighborhood bonds while supporting local business and community spirit.

For parents seeking a reliable, family-friendly Halloween option in Crossville, this event provides exactly that-plus the bonus of supporting a local establishment. 🎉
