📬 Sequatchie Showcase Fall Mailer Offers Local Businesses Affordable Advertising in Dunlap

PostalAnnex in Dunlap is opening limited advertising slots in an upcoming shared-cost marketing mailer reaching 2,500 homes across Sequatchie County. The fall campaign, called the Sequatchie Showcase, targets the historic downtown area, Lewis Chapel Mountain, and East Valley Road-a cost-effective alternative to traditional postcard campaigns for small businesses looking to expand their reach.

📍 Coverage Area and Distribution

The Sequatchie Showcase mailer will be distributed to 2,500 homes within Sequatchie County, covering the historic downtown district and surrounding neighborhoods. The 9-by-12-inch format-described as a “billboard in the mailbox”-offers significantly more visibility than standard 4-by-6 postcard mailers, which typically cost $1.10 to $1.50 per piece to send individually. ✉️

⭐ Advertising Availability

Only four large ad spots or six medium ad spots remain available before the mailer goes to print in one week. Businesses interested in participating can contact PostalAnnex directly to reserve space and discuss pricing options through the shared-cost model.
