🚜 Monthly Equipment Auction in Pikeville, TN – 700 Lots, Live & Online Bidding, October 17
RLM Land & Auction brings its monthly consignment equipment sale to Pikeville’s northern Sequatchie Valley location, drawing bidders from across the region and beyond through simultaneous online and in-person auctions. The event reflects the valley’s active agricultural and construction economy, where equipment turnover and seasonal buying remain steady throughout the year.
ποΈ When It Happens
The auction takes place Saturday, October 17, 2026, starting at 8:00 a.m. CST. Three separate rings will run simultaneously, with the Misc Row beginning at 8:00 a.m., Ring 1 at 8:30 a.m., and Ring 2 at 10:00 a.m. Preview times are available Thursday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., with additional viewing on sale day from 7 a.m. until items sell. π
π Where to Go

ποΈ How to Bid & Attend
Bidders can participate in person or online. Onsite bidding is available for all three rings. Online bidding through Proxibid and EquipmentFacts platforms allows nationwide and worldwide participation. Visit the RLM Land & Auction website to access direct links to both Ring 1 and Ring 2 catalogs-note that these are separate simultaneous sales, so check both. Items continue to be added to the catalogs until Friday night, so review the final lists before the sale. π»
For questions, contact RLM Land & Auction at (423) 533-2916. Terms include a 10% buyer’s premium capped at $1,000 per item, with payment accepted by cash, check, or wire transfer. All items sell as-is/where-is. π
β¨ Why You’ll Want to Be There
With 700 lots spanning new tools, driving equipment, trailers, containers, and more, there is something for contractors, farmers, dealers, and equipment enthusiasts. The Misc Row offers absolute no-minimum lots for onsite bidders only-a chance to find deals on miscellaneous items. Rings 1 and 2 feature a wider range with both online and onsite options, so whether you’re shopping locally or from home, you can compete fairly. ποΈ
Fall weather is forecast to be ideal-60 degrees and sunny-making it a pleasant day to walk the grounds and inspect equipment before bidding. And you won’t go hungry: The Butter Dish will be on-site cooking burgers, meatloaf and grilled cheese sandwiches, pinto beans and cornbread, soup, and more. Come ready to bid, browse, and eat well. π
π‘ Monthly Tradition
This is a recurring event. RLM Land & Auction holds a consignment equipment auction every third Saturday of the month, so if you miss this one or want to make it a regular outing, mark your calendar for future sales. π
Whether you’re hunting for a specific piece of equipment, looking to liquidate inventory, or just curious about what’s moving in the valley’s construction and farm sectors, this auction offers real opportunity. Bring a bidding buddy, preview the lots early in the week, and plan to spend the morning. Mark Saturday, October 17, on your calendar-and bring your appetite. π―
