🔥 Summer Equipment Auction and Customer Appreciation Day in Pikeville, TN — Saturday, June 20th with 800+ Lots
As summer kicks into high gear across the Sequatchie Valley, RLM Land & Auction is marking three decades of service to the region with a major equipment sale that promises to draw buyers and sellers from across East Tennessee and beyond.
🎉 What’s Happening
RLM Land & Auction will host its Summer Equipment Auction and Customer Appreciation Day on Saturday, June 20th, celebrating 30 years of serving the community with over 800 lots of farm equipment, trailers, tools, and more. 🚜 The event features multiple auctioneers selling simultaneously across three separate rings, so there’s plenty of action throughout the day. Whether you’re a seasoned buyer or just browsing, organizers say there’s something for everyone—from heavy machinery to smaller attachments and tools.
📍 Where & When
The auction takes place at RLM Land & Auction, 43154 US Hwy 127, Pikeville, TN 37367. Sales begin at 8:00 a.m. with the Misc Row (onsite bidding only, no minimums), followed by Ring 1 at 8:30 a.m. and Ring 2 at 10:00 a.m., both offering online and onsite bidding options. ⏰ For more details, call (423) 533-2916 or visit rlmlandandauction.com/auctions to bid online.
🚜 What’s for Sale
The consignment lineup is impressive and diverse. Trailers include a 1997 Cherokee 26′ gooseneck, new 12′ and 14′ bumper pull models, and 40′ shipping containers. Farm-focused buyers will find a 16′ Chandler Chicken Litter Spreader, 9-ton grain silos, round bale wagons, and heavy-duty hay feeders. The sale also features 2026 SD Ranch Golf Carts and Easy Kleen pressure washers—plus 800+ additional lots.
🎟️ How to Participate
Bidders can participate onsite or online through the RLM website. 💻 The buyer’s premium is 10% capped at $1,000 per item. Payment options include cash, check, or wire transfer. All items sell as-is/where-is. Farm tax-exempt and resale cards are accepted. RLM also holds consignment equipment auctions on the third Saturday of each month (excluding January), so this won’t be the last opportunity if you miss June 20th.
