The Trash Can Kid Launches Residential Cleaning Service in Soddy Daisy and Sequatchie Valley 🗑️
A 12-year-old entrepreneur from Soddy Daisy is bringing a fresh approach to neighborhood maintenance this summer, tapping into a practical service need that resonates across the Sequatchie Valley as temperatures rise and outdoor chores pile up. 🌞 The venture reflects a growing trend of young people in the region starting their own small businesses while learning valuable lessons about work ethic and community service.
The Trash Can Kid, a new residential trash can cleaning business, officially launched to serve Soddy Daisy, the Sequatchie Valley, and surrounding areas. 💼 The young owner started the business because he enjoys working outdoors, wants to earn his own money, and is passionate about learning how to run a business while helping neighbors keep their homes and properties cleaner and fresher.
The service focuses on cleaning, sanitizing, and deodorizing residential trash cans — a task that becomes especially important during the hot summer months when odors and grime accumulate quickly. ✨ According to the business announcement, the service is designed for homeowners dealing with dirt buildup, stubborn grime, or persistent bad smells coming from their outdoor cans.
Justin Holmes, the business owner’s father, emphasized that his son is handling the day-to-day operations and will be responsible for most of the work, with parental supervision and support for driving and social media management. 👨👧👦 All earnings will go directly to the young entrepreneur to reinvest in growing the business and building savings for the future.
Community members interested in learning more about The Trash Can Kid‘s services and pricing can reach out through the business’s social media channels. 📱 The business is already fielding inquiries from residents in the Soddy Daisy and Middle Valley areas looking to add services like exterior can cleaning and kitchen add-ons.
