Hickory Valley Produce Opens Doors with Fully Stocked Farmstand

A new farmstand has opened in Sparta, offering the community fresh, locally-sourced produce and specialty items. Hickory Valley Produce, located at 4137 Hickory Valley Road, is now welcoming customers daily from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The farmstand features an impressive selection of fresh produce, including seasonal favorites such as sugar baby watermelons, cantaloupes, peaches and cream corn, and a variety of peppers, tomatoes, and leafy greens. Customers will also find fresh fruits including apples, oranges, mangoes, pineapples, and pears.

Beyond produce, Hickory Valley Produce offers artisan sourdough breads in six varieties: cinnamon, jalapeño cheddar, garlic, Italian herb, bacon and white cheddar, and regular sourdough. The farmstand also stocks fresh chicken eggs, local honey, and hot honey for those seeking specialty items.

Among the newest offerings are the farmstand’s signature seasoning mixes, including “Farm Dust” and jalapeño salt, along with candied pecans. Shoppers will also discover an extensive selection of canned goods, from pickles and relishes to jams, salsas, and specialty lemonade concentrates in multiple flavors.

Additional items include compound butters, mixed nuts, and various preserves. The farmstand operates on a self-serve basis and accepts both cash and Venmo payments, making shopping convenient for all customers.
