McCarty Farmstead is bringing fresh seasonal offerings to the community this week, with a newly stocked selection of heirloom vegetables, artisan bread, and homemade preserves.

Located at the corner of Alvin York and Dempsey Road, the farm stand is now featuring King Tut heirloom peas, small sourdough boules, cowboy candy pickled eggs, an assortment of jams, and house-made hot sauce. According to the McCarty Farmstead, spring production is ramping up as the season progresses.

“Produce is starting to really take off and peas are fattening up,” the McCarty Farmstead noted, indicating that customers can expect an expanding variety of fresh items in the coming weeks. Additional sourdough bread is currently proofing and will be available soon.

The farm stand’s offerings reflect a commitment to quality, locally-sourced products. The heirloom pea varieties and artisan bread production showcase the vendor’s dedication to traditional farming and baking methods.

Community members interested in supporting local agriculture and accessing fresh, homemade goods are encouraged to visit the farm stand at the corner of Alvin York and Dempsey Road. As the growing season continues, the selection of available produce is expected to expand further.
